- Anti-acne smoothie recipe Add a slice of papaya, 1/2 apple with its skin, a piece of garlic and a spoonful of flax in a blender. Mix and add a little water to facilitate mixing.

- Face Mask Recipe: Moroccan Rhassoul Clay (1 tbsp); Ayurvedic plant Neem BIO (powder) (1 teaspoon); Vegetable oil Nigella BIO (1 teaspoon); Organic fine Lavender Hydrolat from Provence (3 tablespoons). In a bowl, mix the two powders and the vegetable oil. Then add the hydrosol gradually until you obtain a homogeneous and smooth paste. Apply this mask using a brush all over the face, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 15 minutes before rinsing
