- Diet has a direct impact on the condition of our skin. As the famous quote goes: you are what you eat. Choose a balanced diet to give your skin the defenses against daily oxidation (fruits, vegetables, green tea, dark chocolate and oily fish).
- This dark purple smoothie is ultra-rich in anthocyanins, the most abundant flavonoids in fruit and an important group of natural antioxidants with great health benefits. To make the smoothie we will put these ingredients in our blender glass: 100 grams of blueberries; 100 grams of blackberries; 150 ml of vegetable drink; 100 ml of water.
Then we will add a tablespoon of Acai Biotona powder and mix until you get a very creamy smoothie. You can correct the density by adding more vegetable drink if you want to make it more liquid, or yogurt to make it more dense. We can also add a few ice cubes to chop them a little or leave them whole and serve our smoothie very cold. And enjoy this nutritious and tasty drink.
