Internal Care :
- Sensitive skin needs antioxidant vitamins and minerals. It is therefore recommended to bet on vitamins C, K and E. They help protect the blood vessels of the skin, thus preventing them from bursting.
- Aloe Vera Smoothie: 30ml aloe vera gel; 1/4 melon; Juice of 1/2 lime; 200 ml apple juice; 5 basil leaves; 1 tablespoon honey. Mix, taste!
External Care:
- When the skin of the body is sensitive, it is better to avoid long showers and too hot water. It is also necessary to limit friction, so prefer to wash with your hands rather than with a glove or a shower flower. Finally, it is better to use soap-free and surgras cleaning products (prefer shower gel instead of solid soap).
- Hemp vegetable oil is suitable for sensitive skin. This oil is very soft and quickly penetrates the epidermis, without leaving a greasy finish. The problem with sensitive skin is that it reacts very easily to the slightest aggression (redness, itching, irritation, etc.). However, hemp oil has an anti-inflammatory, softening and soothing action to repair, relieve and calm skin reactions thanks to the high content of vitamin E, omega-3 and 6 it contains. Emollient, it will also nourish and protect the skin from dehydration.
